The goal of the project is to design a building that represents a relationship with the user group which is fine arts students and with the concept which is the performative potential of architecture. The combination of these relations reminds the "movement". For this reason, the design of the building focuses on shifting and turning volumes while creating terraces and other facilities. In this project, circulation also a significant element. It is going through outside and the inside creating relations with installations, exhibitions, and performances happening in the building. Besides the central atrium which is helping to makes relationships with creating an opportunity for observing other floors.
