Built on 78.000 square meters of land in İnciraltı, Izmir, the maritime museum's goal is to attract people's attention and enable them to spend time in this area. Accordingly, the replica ship, which will become a landmark in this region, is in the center of the project. Hanging from the center of the atrium, which offers very large and spacious areas, this ship will enable people to experience this area differently, even before entering the museum. In addition, there are green areas, parks, water elements and sports fields in the land. Some of the current installations have been preserved in various parts of the land.
