In 2050 the population of Izmir will increase to 6.1 million. The project focuses on the residential space need, combining them with industrial zones. Due to its location, project focuses on the plastic industry and offers a proposal for the future of industrial zones. In this proposal, public areas located in the spaces that are close to the ground. Unlike the traditional factory use, the factory positioned vertically. The residential spaces above the factory, which also hosts those who will monitor the factory, reduce the traffic in the zone and offer people the opportunity to visit more public spaces. The project demonstrates how people can live with the factories by showing the machines in the spaces where people walk.
