Bornova, where the project is located, is a region where the green area ratio is 0.9%, therefore the balance project offers green space opportunities that can be used in different levels of the structure with the help of sustainable architecture. The main user group is women so they can become more active in social and work areas and to contribute to socio-economic balance. A platform was created from the bridge in the land and this platform was used as a structural element in some areas and as a circulation element in some areas. The exterior circulation element provides access to usable green areas at different levels of the structure.
