Conceptually interconnected solid voids integrate different functions. Green roofs are formed with the terrace system. The research center presents some deficiencies in the region to people by creating a green and human approach. In the site, the y generation population is high due to the functions around. The research center has different functions that students and academicians in the region can carry out their researches and participate in workshops. It highlights the relationship between people and buildings by combining the bridge with the building and putting public and open spaces at the bridge level. By using open spatial system in the structure, spacious and wide environments are created and spatial communication increased.
