The project area is in Bornova District of Izmir. There is a metro station and Yaşar University on the south side of the project area and Ankara Street on the north side. Bornova also covers most of the population density as young people. The bridge connecting two separate regions of Bornova is located within the project area. The typology of the project is mixed use structure. In the structure, places for people between the ages of 18-24 to live, have fun and work have been established. In addition, the structure is built on a system that they work and produce and sell. The structure was divided into two parts by the impact of the bridge passing through the it.
