The project is located next to the bridge, which connects Yaşar University, Bolge Metro Station and Ozkanlar neighborhood; with high density of people.
As a result of the analysis, the purpose and users of the building were determined by considering accessibility and the lack of green and socialization areas. The purpose of the project, is to increase the interaction between people by cultural activities such as film and music in order to gain sense of community. For this reason, an alternative continuous transportation axis, which surrounds the building and allows access to the building from all floors, is proposed. The axis transforms into urban plaza on site and a rooftop cinema in the building.
