The aim of the project is to increase communication between generations. The project includes accommodation and service areas for elderly, besides the social and educational places where they can meet with young. The project site is by the sea in Izmir Çiğli and close to the city. In the building, social, service and education areas are divided into different blocks. Designed landscape and courtyards have been integrated between blocks. For this purpose, accommodation areas designed at upper floors are unique to each individual and provide a feeling of “being at home” in every season and necessary mobility, enabling a good quality of sunlight and air circulation.
