Prisons are known as bad at rehabilitating criminals and sometimes serve as ‘‘school for crime’’ that promotes criminal activity. As an alternative, the System’s Sanatorium is both psychological and physical sanatorium with a high security, for people who are criminals or have a potential to hurt society or victims of crime. The sanatorium will consist of three buildings: ‘’High’’, ‘’Medium’’ and ‘’Low’’. High is for criminals, Mediums is for potential criminals and Low is for victims. The Sanatorium will help people to get involved to society again through rehabilitation.
