This project serves millennials as a shelter that prepares them to become self-sustaining adults. Although there are many sub-groups, they are facing the same problems which are the lack of affordable housing, lack of security, and financial difficulties. The architectural program of this project allows them to improve their financial state by providing low-cost co-working and co-living spaces. In the spatial distribution of the architectural program, creating a collaborative community with connectedness was a major concern. In the massing, the conceptual idea of creating borders and clusters is driven from the morphology of the site. This idea also used to find solutions to the issues that are defining the site which are acoustic, sunlight, and security.
