The concept, inspired by the automobile industry near the project site, aims to design, build and develop cars of the future. It also offers younger generations in the surrounding university population the opportunity to develop themselves with experienced companies. As the crowd is an important point, the complex contains social spaces for the public such as the library, restaurant, conference hall and, most importantly, exhibitions promoting the automobile revolution. In addition, it has a sales point for new generation of cars. The car test roads allow the new generation of cars to be tested both inside the building and on its terrain.
