The museum’s most important feature is giving people a freedom feeling, a similar feeling of the sea gives people, by going up to the roof of the museum and having a view to sea directly. Getting sunlight in from the roof with openings, a similar path of the circulation path underneath is followed to shapeing the shape of the light openings. The conceptual dividing of the building is created by the function and the accessibility of the parts of the building from site.
