DEsignTEchnoPark (DETEPA) is a complex building that locates an accessible area in the city center. It gives an opportunity to students to develop themselves by working with the startup firms, and helps startup firms to get benefits from advanced firms’ experiences by raising the students as their future colleagues. Since the bridge has high density, design is shaped around the idea of giving visitors a better experience. With working areas, the building also includes entertaining spaces and living units for rent. The dynamic shape of the building allows to create interior open spaces and this gives better experience to users while working and living together.
