The waters rising scenario and the building takes place in Mavibahçe region of İzmir near the water contamination center. The purpose of the project is based on the scenario of the possibility of water level rise due to the melting of earth’s icebergs. The building can still be fully operational and adapt to the Earth’s new situation. According to the researches, we can see how the surface of the earth will be if the waters were to rise 3 meters high. Therefore, outer walls and the facade of the building work as a seawall and shows that how the industrial area and human life can coexist with each other.
