The project is located next to Bornova's most used Regional Metro Station. The most important axis of the area is the bridge connecting the Yasar University, metro and the neighborhood. With this in mind, the project aimed to have the main pedestrian axis on the bridge and create different experience areas by connecting the area with the bridge. Based on the concept of movement and rhythm, sports activities are at the forefront in the project. Considering the number of students and new graduates in the area, mixed use areas were offered to them. Living areas, training areas and social areas were brought together to create more effective spaces.
