The project is a maritime museum with an indoor area of 9000 square meters for Inciraltı. The fundamental principle of design decisions is to achieve environmentally sensitive productivity in harmony with green. The shell rises from the ground without disturbing pedestrian circulation, rather than the rise of a single solid mass in the land. The idea of environmental awareness was supported by biomimicry. Specialization is based on the division of activity cells created for different uses within a natural cycle. The shell invites people into the site, while the tears on it are designed to keep them inside and to use sunlight optimally.
