The project is located in the area of Bornova's highly active Bölge Metro Station. According to the information obtained from the analysis, the deficiencies, requirements and profiles in the region were determined and the project was developed. The most important element in the project is the bridge connecting the two sides of the highway. This bridge is the focal point of design both in terms of space relations and approach to the building. The project is designed as mixed use. Public areas are open, closed and semi-open, from ground level to bridge level. Upper levels consist of working and living areas which have specific functions related to cinema.
