A community center is a public space that provides basic needs and services for the local community. People need many things physically and spiritually as they age. They may feel excluded and lonely in the society that they live in. The building is designed for the retirement community. It creates an easily accessible spatiality in close dialogue with the city center and both inside and outside. While the mobility within the structure and the site offers physical health for the individual, it also offers activities that stimulate body and soul and help the residents to maintain and perhaps regain skills. The atmosphere created by the city and nature synthesis provides many experiences for the elderly.
