The health and social benefits can be enhanced by living in well-designed communities. Properly designed housing with purpose-built retirement communities is an important way of ensuring elderly’s enjoyable years. This project helps elderly people to improve and socialize, while providing them with a safe accommodation. In addition, apart from single and double rooms, an environment has been created in which people with disabilities can stay and receive health support.
