The project is located in Bornova, where the universities, workplaces and accommodation areas are located and very busy. The aim is to gather social life, work areas and living spaces together. Instead of the standard living places, there are places where green areas are dense and people can make "work and life" together. The main questions asked in the project are: How can work and play together in the place they live? How can these living spaces be more economical? How can buildings and green spaces integrate? How to integrate the most important transportation bridge into the building? What are the needs of agro-ecologists who are user groups for this building?
