The botanical garden research center, located on either side of the bridge for the Bornova subway, has lavender gardens with beautiful gridal arrangement view and living, working, playing activity areas. This research center provides a interesting experience and opportunity for faculty of agriculture students, teachers and visitors. In this center, students and teachers experience what products to grow from lavender with various workshop areas, research areas, and instructional areas seminars and classrooms. Various products (such as soap) produced from lavender are presented to the visitors with various small shopping areas and the stages of these products are displayed to the visitors with a visual exhibition area. The building also includes accommodation areas, activity and service areas for teachers and students.
