The main idea of this building is to conduct research on sunken ships taken out from under the sea and then exhibit sunken ships and sunken ship materials. There is also a maritime-themed library, multi-purpose hall and public workshop studio designed in accordance with the texture of the İnciraltı region, which is the focus of various underwater researches, suitable for shipping and underwater research. The project has been idle for years and has not been used by people living in this area, social areas; It aims to ensure that crowded groups of people can spend time in the region at the same time.
