Humankind’s average life expectancy increases gradually every year. Autonomous production infiltrates to our lives thanks to the rapid developments in technology and leads to shortening of working hours. Therefore, leisure times become more significant especially for retirees. Nest is designed for close future in which people realize their daily errands, even dreams with minimum effort through technology and pursues new means to enhance the quality of increasing leisure times by bonding with nature. This retirement community, that aims to use the fullest potential of its’ environment; is reinterpreted as an emancipatory space for residents, rather than being a place where elders feel abandoned.
