The aim is to ensure the sustainability of elderly lives and creating a living space based on the sensory and emotional needs of the retirement comunity, establishing a relationship between their spatial behavior and perceptions. The concept of home evokes the feeling of privacy of elderly people. When asked to identify a house, the first thing they specify is their own house. Feeling at home is closely associated with the neighborhood relationships. The relationship between an individual's living space and close neighborhood is very important for the elderly people. Therefore, a place is designed where they can socialize and don't feel lonely while defining areas where they will not lose their privacy.
