Savory is a ceramics tableware. It aims to design a new way to experience taste. Savory tableware series has three different components “Salty” for the salty dishes, “Pungent” for the pungent dishes, and “Sweet” for the sweet dishes. The taste enhancing, scent oriented sensory tableware series are based upon research made by Professor Charles Spence in the field of gastrophysics that shows how the scent and color can trick the brain into experiencing a richer taste sensation. Savory dishes have a lid for putting scent to enhance the food. It helps you to experience different smell and food combinations.
