In 1950’s, there was a country which was full of women living with no men. These women had advanced technologies of defense, agriculture and reproduction. Women developed a method of reproduction with their spinal fluid. This project is based on the whole process of reproduction and development the women in the country. The process begins with the mutations of babies in 12 incubation tubes of spinal fluid. Due to the mutations, babies have to be kept in this building to be observed and trained for three years. The entire space has been designed as a huge toy, which allows babies to hide, swim, climb, run, plant and the like.
